DEAR RL you are enjoying all the rights given to you by the British people and yet you are a critic of this country ..you are enjoying the freedom and liberty that this gave you...I too agree that the European colonialism did some bad to all countless countries they invaded and yet what about the good things they left and they build.. Our roads/ bridges / railways/ education system/ administrative systm/ even political system all are built by them .. Yes ; they did not come to do charity in our country but they came to make use of our natural resources but ...without these we would be like Afghanistan now...it is not colonised by any country in the past..

It does take a migrant who left the country to realize the Colonial mentality ,the mentality of condescension when accepted that never left the mind of the Colonial power. looking at these pictures we recall that . joy of being with family out in the rain may be sharing a parasol or running for cover , that moment of joy for we were not alone .

Personally I prefer the fresh and gusty winds on my walks in the beautiful Scottish Cairn Gormes, Scotland. After that I enjoy the beer and friendly company of the people in the pub, they truly make me feel at home.
