Strict guidelines? Laughable. What that are all for people? Most are not allowed to leave the house, others maybe allowed to go to work, but not to go for shopping. This economic center is a corona hot spot. When Gota will finally order a strict 2 month lock down?

How is any of this under 'strict guidelines'? Even in the pictures you can see no social distancing and people not wearing masks properly. It seems there's a fundamental lack of understanding about how Corona is transmitted in addition to limited oversight by authorities.
