It is a great act of the University students. We the people of all walks of life must cherish such tributes. Hopefully, the future students will not fall prey to the campaigns of devious politicians who use them to achieve their political objectives.

These students became victims as a result of fulfilling the goals of JVP and other radical groups. What a wastage of precious lives. In 70s I never participated and accepted the doctrine of radicals. Our motives were to finish studies and get out early

These student movements protested against Private Medical Colleges and higher education reforms. These student movements also responsible for economic crisis we have today as our opportunities as higher education hub were taken by countries like Malaysia and developed their countries
