Yes! This must be the priority for the current Government to establish and engage all citizens of working age to be gainfully employed by the State Sector and The Private Industries and Organisation Etc Etc Now Local Elections are on and to be finalised soon. All Local Government Authorities should in all Villages and Towns and Cities must engage and creat work oriented occupations to all to have a basic income to live daily and this Funding should come by printing money supply as previous geoverments have done to the detriment of the countrys requirements and misued them ??? But now a efficient way to use to create a flow of money among people to spend and live a basic life??? PRIORITY?????????????????? create the fluidity required for the success of the economy

Recruit the University graduates into the Police Force instead of having brainless sergeant Bandas and Inspector Ranjans with not even proper A/L qualifications. Do away with all police ranks below the Inspector and create a 100% graduates police force . This is the only way to have a civilized , uncorrupt , and effective police force in Sri Lanka. This is how the Tamils feel but then we don't have the power to decide what is good for Sri Lanka.
