While I understand there are desperate people wanting to earn foreign exchange for their families, going to fight wars in other nations, fighting against nations that have not harmed us, or trusting that these war mongering nations will take good care of browned skinned people and be responsible, is just being naive and asking for trouble. Going to work in nations waging wars is equally dangerous too. There should be laws against being recruited to fight for other nations.

They went to fight in someone else’s war as mercenaries - for money. This is an illegal act. They are responsible for their own actions - not the government.
