This is child cruelty. No one under the age of 18, to be handed over and allowed under a religious cult. No one knows what type of cruelty or molestation these innocent ones will be subjected. They can be warned to keep quiet. Over to your child care ministry. What do you say?

I Just cannot understand the mentality of their parents to handover these innocent children to the monastery. As suggested, there should be a minimum age for these boys to be ordained. The present day monks in the monastery cannot be called decent. These kids are very easy prey for some monks with filthy intellect. The Government should very seriously look into this and make it a law that any child under 18 should not be ordained.
