Unbelievable that getting people to wear seat belts has to come with a lot of ha-ho. Just run some ads that it is mandatory. Put up a billboard at the highway entry/exits that it is law and the penalty for violation. No need for all this drama from time to time VIPs and politicians wasting time and money over a seat belt law.
