The final rites of the late former Deputy Minister Palitha Thevarapperuma were held this evening at Yatadolawatte, Mathugama, with the participation of politicians, religious leaders and the public. That may be Nishantha (SLPP) well, Palitha was a honest person never goes for illegal matters. Don't under-estimate honest politicians, they are very few, but Mahinda holds most of the rogues.

The crowd attended for Late Mr. Palitha T' perumma itself a testimony that how he was with the poor people, unlike the Paid- crowd transported given arrack and Biriyani by various districts by certain SLPP politicians to attend Late Nishantha at Chilaw.

Really, he was a honest and straight forward politician who did not have luxury mansions, luxury vehicles or lead a luxury life. Great Legend he was.... let he be an example for our young politicians who will be elected hereafter.
