You are there bcs of us or working people like us , you are not respecting to the people who come your place to get the service. Now you are asking more salary. A good IT system can replace many jobs easily . I think we need to train you all do more impactful job rather than a these clerical jobs

introduce ai and other digital system then these time wasters will learn a lesson, either work efficiently without fooling around with your union drama or get replaced, easier for government to get work done better, get some campus students to design replacement systems for these old time wasters, students will come up with superb ingenious designs and solutions, also you wont need to pay much, think smart govt, think smart
