Bring a container load of Chinese plastics and fly them over the Galle Face for cheap entertainment. Sri Lanka end up with a garbage pile and Chinese companies make some money. If you want a genuine kite festival, get participants to make their own locally.

For some one who organized this event, Please allow only made by organic materials or recyclable materials . Greener kite festival rather than a plastic crap carnival .
