NPP will create a history again. civil servants know the true politics. They know good ones from bad ones in politics. salary increase promise is a real. NPP will keep their words. This is testing time for NPP. This local election is important to all parties : it is a testing ground to measure the political pulse of people. Will people support NPP or go back to old system or will they keep supporting a system change or give back to old guys: this may be a local election and yet, it is a political metrics to measure the faith, confidence, trust of people. So, do not take it simple : go and vote in a large numbers. Let us see what politics can do this country
