Beach cleanup marks World Oceans Day in Mount Lavinia

In celebration of World Oceans Day, a beach cleanup was held this morning at the Mount Lavinia Public Beach, organized by Mount Lavinia Hotel.

The initiative saw participation from the hotel team, The Pearl Protectors, the Dehiwala–Mount Lavinia Police, students, parents, local community members, and other volunteers. Pix  by Kithsiri De Mel
