Govt bank employees- good for nothing lazy bunch under performing for the last few decades. Best to get rid and infuse new blood

These employees in SL have gone mad. Everyday they want salary increases, promotions and allowances. Where is this going to end? Can someone tell me how the hell SL salary levels are determined. And how promotions work? What is called a 'basic' salary? These guys should be happy that they have a job. No wonder this country is bankrupt and will never recover. They want tourists to come and spend their hard earned dollars here.
