In the coroperate world my experiace is women are attacking other women mostly .bitter truth which is does like to expose by other women or these so called social work who recevied funds from NGOs. we need good leagl framework to protect everyone in the society , if bias to one gender or any specific group in the society then it will lead to discrimination.

yes I agree, there is gender based violence in Sri Lanka. It's mainly women attacking men on a daily basis. I know first hand as my female boss is one of them !

What is covered under the meaning of gender? Probably not men. Including UN, all agencies talking gender politics but sololy talking womens issues only. There are NO gender equality within those agencies
