Academics get a lot of salary increases and yet non academic get nothing : is it fair at all: please NPP government consider the grievances of these people as you do for all others : many academics get big salaries but come rarely to their universities and yet without non academic staff, universities will malfunction or come to an standstill: both sides must be equally treated:

These fellows are useless in any other field, and not efficient even in their own field. Yet they ask for pay rises, while public EPF and ETF is forever capped by Ranil. Until EPF and ETF can grow again government must not waste funds.
