Treasury Bill auction raises Rs.130bn this week



The Central Bank offered Rs. 130 billion in Treasury Bills at this week’s auction across the three maturities and the full amount was raised.
Declines in three-month, six-month, and one-year T-Bill yields to 13.35 percent (-56bps), 13.41 percent (-42bps), and 12.78 percent (-14bps) were seen. The Central Bank offered Rs. 30 billion under the three-month bill, Rs. 70 billion under the six-month bills, and Rs. 30 billion under the
one-year bills.
The acceptances were Rs. 37.70 billion, Rs. 87.64 billion, and Rs. 4,651 million.
