‘She Moves The World’ leadership forum on March 16

‘She moves The World’ – a curated leadership forum for corporate women by Great Place To Work Sri Lanka, is scheduled to take place on March 16, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Kingsbury Hotel Colombo.  

Designed as a focused, two-hour leadership experience, the forum will bring together women leaders, decision-makers and emerging executives for meaningful conversations on influence, growth and the realities of leadership in today’s workplace.

During this intensive forum, participants will engage in sessions designed to strengthen their leadership presence and credibility and learn how to successfully transition from simply proving their value to actively influencing corporate strategy. 

The programme will also provide insights from career role models who have navigated leadership journeys while balancing personal expectations and will create opportunities for participants to build meaningful connections with like-minded women leaders across industries.

The agenda features a keynote address titled ‘From Passion to Platform: Turning Your Voice into Influence’, followed by a special conversation segment ‘From Proving to Leading’, with career role models. 

Additional sessions include ‘Building a Personal Leadership Brand’ and ‘Thriving Beyond Limits: Overcoming Silent Barriers’. 

The event will also showcase a fashion segment, ‘By Women for Women – Yaaara Collection Fashion Show’, celebrating women-led creativity and enterprise, followed by high tea.
