Mandatory to carry Covid-19 vaccination card from 1 Jan
The general public will be required to carry their Covid-19 vaccination cards when entering public places from the new year, according to the Ministry of Tourism.
Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga shared that a decision has been made by the government to make it mandatory to carry Covid-19 vaccination cards when in public places from 1 January 2022.
The minister shared the decision while addressing the Gampaha District Covid-19 Committee meeting on Friday.
