Ambeon Holdings PLC yesterday announced the divestment of Ceylon Leather Products.
The company said it disposed its equity stake amounting 99.80 percent of the issued shares of Ceylon Leather Products to Elayathamby Thavagnanasundaram and Elayathamby Thvagnanasooriyam on June 14, 2023 for a consideration of Rs.650 million.
The principle business activity of Ceylon Leather Products is manufacturing and selling of leather footwear and leather goods.
