Havelock City accelerates Phase 3 and 4 development

Havelock City, the premier residential enclave inaugurated the pile construction works of Phase 3 and 4 residential developments simultaneously in order to expedite the development and complete construction within a shorter period of time. 
Phase 3 comprises two residential towers Stratford and Melford with 304 luxurious apartments. These beautifully designed spacious residencies with garden and sea views are designed with a combination of two, three and four bedroom units and a select number of plush penthouses. Phase 4 comprises another two towers with 340 premium condominiums. The combined development cost of Phase 3 and 4 is estimated to be over US $ 130 million. 
“The sales of Phase 3 apartments, which were launched in 2014, have now been temporarily held back due to the achievement of our initial sales targets,” said a company spokesman. “We intend reintroducing the inventory in due course to our deserving buyers,” he added.
Havelock City, the largest integrated mixed-use development project undertaken in Sri Lanka, is built on 18 acres of prime land in the heart of Colombo and comprises residential apartments as well as a commercial complex consisting of a shopping mall, hotel and office towers.
