Groundbreaking ceremony held for Prime Residencies Splendour in Rajagiriya

Prime Homes (Pvt.) Ltd recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to commence construction of its latest project Prime Residencies Splendour, luxurious apartment project in Rajagiriya followed by a religious ceremony at the site. These modern apartments will be constructed by Sierra, the leading construction company in Sri Lanka. 

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 2, 2015 with the participation of the senior management and staff of Prime Homes along with the staff members of Sierra construction. The religious ceremony was carried out at the site with the participation of religious clergies.

When ‘Prime Residencies Splendour’ was launched last month, the respond from customers was phenomenon where all apartment units were sold out within the first day of the launch. The project planned for a 14 storied apartment building consisting 65 spacious three bedroom apartment units with all luxury comforts and modern amenities. The location of the project is the highest elevation point in Colombo with breathtaking views of the Diyawanna Lake on one side and the Colombo City on the other side. 

As promised to customers by Prime Homes the construction works with the piling work commenced on scheduled time.  Supervision work will be carried out by the Prime Homes Engineering division along with Sierra Engineers.  

The project will be completed in December 2017.
