The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) will hold a forum titled ‘Explore the global markets and grow your business through the use of government channels’ in a bid to help Sri Lankan firms grab global opportunities.
The upcoming forum is an ideal platform to understand the facilities the government is providing in order to support outward looking businesses to find new markets, new buyers and new partners to do business in the global stage.
The speakers will outline the assistance, the government, specially Sri Lanka’s overseas missions, Commerce Department and Export Development Board offers to the local businesses seeking to enter new markets. The presentations would be followed by a panel discussion and the participants would be given an opportunity for a question and answer (Q&A) session.
An impressive line of speakers has been lined up to speak at this forum, which will take place on October 5, 2015, at the CCC, starting at 3:00 p.m. Among the speakers are Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister Dr. Harsha De Silva, Commerce Department Director General Sonali Wijeratne and Export Development Board Chairman Bandula Egodage.
