Adam-i to launch Sri Lanka’s first-ever Business and Strategy Simulation Tool

Adam-i Asia, the local arm of Adam-i Consulting Japan, is set to launch Sri Lanka’s first-ever business and strategy simulation tool at a workshop to be held later this week.

The one-day workshop will introduce Cesim Global Challenge, a ground-breaking Business and Strategy Simulation tool that has helped thousands of business professionals, corporate trainers, students and professors around the world to put their theoretical knowledge of business operations into practice in a simulated global business environment. 

The workshop is expected to benefit a wide cross-section of individuals involved in both management and HR, such as management professionals, business practitioners, HR professionals, lecturers in universities and other higher educational institutes as well as corporate trainers. 

The programme will be conducted by Veijo Kyosti, Managing Director of Cesim Oy - Finland, the company that is behind a majority of the intuitive online simulation-based learning in the world. Participants will be given a thorough understanding of the complexity of global business operations in a dynamic, competitive environment together with a comprehension of each of the management-related disciplines, both individually and collectively. They will also learn how to build good sense of interaction between the different parts of the business and the financial implications of the various strategic and operational decisions and how to use business simulation to enhance the skills of existing employees and as a tool to recruit the most talented new employees.
