Sysco LABS colleagues accept award for empowering women in STEM

Sysco LABS has been honoured with a special award for empowering women in STEM at Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2025, organised by Satynmag.

The recognition highlights Sysco LABS’ ongoing commitment to championing diversity, equity and inclusion within Sri Lanka’s technology sector. Over the past year, the company has expanded initiatives that enable women to pursue leadership opportunities, while supporting them with mentorship, skill development and career advancement programs.

Notably, programmes such as Sysco LABS APEX, the company’s women in leadership initiative, has already trained over 60 women to become impactful leaders.
