Sri Lankan-American Dr. Sivaguru Sritharan leads QuantSafe AI platform

QuantSafe emerges at the intersection of control theory, artificial intelligence and responsible investment, as Wall Street Fintech AI Inc. advances its mission to bring scientific rigor to institutional portfolio optimisation.  

In a significant move toward redefining institutional asset management, Wall Street Fintech AI Inc. announced the development of QuantSafe, an AI-powered platform designed to optimise investment portfolios with transparency, mathematical integrity and regulatory foresight.  

Leading the scientific vision behind QuantSafe is Dr. Sivaguru S. Sritharan, a mathematical scientist internationally recognised for his expertise in control theory and uncertainty quantification. 

He now serves as Founding Chief Technologist and R&D Co-Founder of QuantSafe Inc., a strategic spinout currently under formation.  

A veteran of US defence research and academia, Dr. Sritharan has held prominent leadership roles, including Provost and Vice Chancellor of the US Air Force Institute of Technology and Dean of Engineering at the US Naval Postgraduate School. 

His pioneering research in stochastic modelling, fluid dynamics and optimal control has shaped national research agendas and now forms the core of QuantSafe’s scientific architecture.

As global markets evolve amid increasing complexity and volatility, QuantSafe provides institutional and high-net-worth investors with an AI engine that blends adaptive intelligence with advanced mathematical frameworks—prioritising compliance, explainability and robust risk management.    

Working alongside Dr. Sritharan is Wall Street Fintech AI Inc. Co-Founder and QuantSafe Inc Co-Founder Rajkumar Kanagasingam. Kanagasingam is Founding President of the Fintech Association of Sri Lanka, Co-Founder of the International Digital Economies Association in Hong Kong, Industry Fellow at the Global Fintech Institute in Singapore and a Founding Member of Tech New York Advocates. He was honoured with the 2024 Stevie Bronze Award for Executive of the Year – Financial Technology, presented in New York.  

Bridging vision and execution is Selvarajah Thayaparan, a New York–based management consultant and Co-Founder of Wall Street Fintech AI Inc. He also serves as Board Advisor and Founding Vice President – Operations and Compliance at QuantSafe Inc., where he leads corporate formation, regulatory structuring and operational readiness.     

Prof. George Mentz, a former White House appointee and internationally respected legal ethicist, serves as Board Advisor – Global Financial Standards and Policy Strategy, guiding the platform’s legal positioning and fiduciary alignment.  

Suren Siva, former Managing Director at UBS and Credit Suisse, serves as Board Advisor – Strategic Innovation and Institutional Alliances.  

Nicholas Drury, an expert in digital currencies and financial infrastructure and former Global Research Lead at IBM, acts as Board Advisor – Regulatory Innovation and Ecosystem Strategy.
