Global chocolate brand Snickers has introduced a two-week travelling Snickers Pop-Up Experience in Sri Lanka, and a social media challenge titled #SnickersOnWheels.
The pop-up truck will visit key towns including Colombo, Negombo, Gampaha, Panadura, Moratuwa and Maharagama from October 17 to 30, featuring interactive games, giveaways, and merchandise.
The remaining route plan:
28 October - Moratuwa (Front of Station)
29 October - Maharagama (Clock Tower)
30 October - Nawam Mawatha, Colombo
The truck experience includes a claw-machine game, an AR filter booth under the theme #GrabASnickersSL, and a “Hunger Meter” punching challenge, while a Snickers-branded sports car will tour the island encouraging fans to spot, snap, and share using #SnickersOnWheels to win prizes.
Mars Incorporated, the parent company of Snickers, is also home to a global portfolio of chocolate brands including M&M’s, Bounty, Twix, Mars, and Maltesers. This campaign aims to create nationwide awareness and engagement as Snickers takes its pop-up experience across the country.
