SLT rewards T20 promo winners with trip for finals in India

SLT organised an award ceremony to reward the winners of the company’s PEO TV T20 promotion, which was held between January 20 and February 20, 2016. Customers who purchased new PEO TV connections during the period were eligible to win an all-round trip to watch the ICC World Twenty20 2016, in Kolkata, India. A raffle draw was held on March 4 during which 20 lucky winners were selected from all across the island.

The award ceremony was held at a grand scale at the SLT auditorium in Fort. The winners were first taken on a tour of Colombo City before being escorted to SLT premises for the actual awards ceremony.

PEO TV Brand Ambassador Kavinga Perera as well as former cricketers including Upul Tharanga and Kasun Rajitha also joined the contestants for the tour and award ceremony as an added bonus. The mock tickets were given away at the ceremony by the chief guest of the event, SLT Visioncom CEO Ajantha Seneviratne together with Upul Tharanga and Kasun Rajitha. The winners won all-round trips to Kolkata, India to watch the finals of the ICC World Twenty20 2016.
