The SLIM Brand Excellence Awards return with renewed purpose in 2025, spotlighting Sri Lanka’s most outstanding marketing achievements and brand stories.
More than a celebration of success, this year’s edition promises to elevate industry benchmarks, foster innovation and empower local marketers to reach world-class standards—driving national growth through excellence in branding.
Spearheaded by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the awards recognise the human ingenuity behind remarkable brand journeys.
SLIM President Prof. Dewasiri N. Jayantha stated, “Brand Excellence 2025 stands as a pivotal platform that goes beyond celebrating success—it sets new industry benchmarks, fosters innovation and elevates Sri Lankan marketing to global standards.”
Launched over two decades ago, the SLIM Brand Excellence Awards continue to serve as the country’s premier platform for showcasing the convergence of strategy, innovation and brand storytelling. The 2025 edition promises to uphold its legacy through a rigorous and transparent judging process steered by a panel of senior industry professionals.
“In 2025, we aim to not only honour excellence but also to ignite a new wave of innovation, collaboration and responsible brand leadership for the future,” said SLIM Vice President Events and Sustainability Enoch Perera.
“These awards also serve as a learning platform, inspiring future marketers and academia alike. It’s about competing with the best and evolving the future of marketing in Sri Lanka,” explained Senior Vice President Education and Research Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayatilleke.
