Rotary Means Business SL to host diplomats, biz leaders at landmark installation

• Event on July 24 will mark installation of new chapter leadership and create a forum for fostering impactful collaborations and partnerships

The Rotary Means Business (RMB) Fellowship Sri Lanka Chapter announced it would host its much-anticipated Installation and International Business Networking Night 2025 on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Cinnamon Life, City of Dreams, Colombo.

ellowship’s Sri Lanka Chapter and will bring together key figures including representatives from multiple high commissions, leaders from key industry groups and from national and regional chambers of commerce, past district governors and prominent business leaders from across the country.

The event will be held in the presence of District Governor Delvin Pereira. It will also be an occasion to acknowledge the foundational contributions of Immediate Past District Governor Sushena Ranatunga, who was instrumental in spearheading the chapter’s first major initiatives. Also in attendance will be RMB International Chair Rajamohan Dhandapani, underscoring the strong connection and support from Rotary International’s RMB Fellowship.

The RMB Fellowship operates on the principle of connecting professionals within the Rotary network to foster business growth, mentorship and collaboration, all guided by Rotary’s ethical standards. This event provides a platform for engagement between attendees and leaders from Sri Lanka’s diplomatic and business communities.

“This evening represents a historic moment for our chapter as we inaugurate our Charter Board,” said RMB Sri Lanka Chairman V. Kantheepan.

“Our goal is to create a platform where the integrity of Rotary converges with the dynamism of Sri Lanka’s business landscape. We are bringing people together to build trusted relationships that will foster collaboration.”

The RMB Sri Lanka Chapter is the local chapter of the Rotary Means Business Fellowship, an officially recognised fellowship of Rotary International. As the official chapter for Rotary District 3220 - Sri Lanka and the Maldives, it serves as the gateway for its members to a global network of professionals. The chapter is dedicated to fostering business opportunities while creating regional and international connections for its members, guided by the principles of the Rotary Four-Way Test.
