RMD Consultants to conduct 3rd Japanese MTP from May

RMD Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, a leading HR consultancy specializing in human resources management, has announced its 3rd public Japanese Management Training Programme (MTP), starting 6th May. This programme also marks the 60th MTP batch conducted in Sri Lanka, reinforcing RMD’s reputation in management development and organizational excellence.

The six-week programme, held at a four-star hotel in Colombo, spans 64 hours of blended learning over six consecutive Wednesdays. 

It combines interactive workshops, guided assignments, and 17 video-based case studies to ensure practical application.

The programme will be led by Rohan Pandithakorralage, Managing Director of RMD Consultants and former CHRO at Aitken Spence PLC, who has trained more than 5,000 managers to obtain the license to manage across Southeast Asia.
