Another all-time favourite Butter Chicken Masala is an extremely popular dish in many regions of India. The ever so famous butter masala chicken marinated in fresh spices and slow cooked with ground spice placed on a creamy layer of cream cheese topped with a layer of gooey mozzarella. Fresh coriander, onions, garlic and ginger are added and baked to create an aromatic pizza, full of mouth-watering flavour.
Especially catering for the veggie lover, the Paneer Tikka Masala includes flavoursome and creamy paneer lying on a bed of cream cheese topped with fresh olives and crunchy onions, sprinkled with coriander leaves along with a layer of soft mozzarella, producing a fresh, zesty taste guaranteed to make you reach for your second slice.
