Omega Line Ltd, Sri Lanka’s largest exporter of apparel to the European market, has won four prestigious awards at the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers (CPM) of Sri Lanka’s Best Management Practices Company Awards (BMPC) 2025.

These awards are the Gold award for the Apparel And Garments Exports Cluster, Silver award for the Social Responsibility Cluster, Bronze award for the Digital Literacy Cluster and was also adjudged as one of the Twenty Outstanding Companies in Best Management Practices.

The awards ceremony was held recently at Monarch Imperial, Kotte, with the participation of Sri Lanka’s elite business community.

“Omega Line strives on our utmost dedication to quality and dependability in fulfilling our commitments as the largest supplier of apparel to the European market. The recognition that we have received from CPM Sri Lanka bodes well for our future strategic plans. Furthermore, these state-of-the-art ‘Digital Touch’ management practices help in improving the efficiency and productivity of our operations, which result in lower costs, precision quality and employee satisfaction,” said Omega Line CFO and Director Sudam Kiriella.

In consideration for the BMPC awards in the digital literacy cluster, Omega Line identified specific comparative inefficiencies and operational challenges that hindered productivity and efficiency, which skimmed through the entire organisation. These were addressed by deploying and integrating game-changing digital solutions to core operational systems in the areas of production tracking, HR and administration and line-balancing. The digital solutions helped Omega Line achieve unparalleled efficiency, workforce empowerment and production accuracy, setting a new industry standard in digital workforce transformation.
