OMICRON launches CPX 200 ecosystem in Colombo

A compact multifunctional test set for commissioning, maintenance and condition assessment of medium and high-voltage assets, the CPX 200 ecosystem, was officially launched in Sri Lanka by OMICRON, at a special event held at Galadari Hotel, in collaboration with its local partner Olex Projects (Pvt.) Ltd.

The event brought together representatives from the Ceylon Electricity Board, Lanka Electricity Company and many other leading organisations within Sri Lanka’s power and industrial sectors.

OMICRON has maintained a strong presence in Sri Lanka since the early 2000s, playing a vital role in transforming testing practices across substations and power plants. Its advanced testing solutions have supported utilities, engineers and service providers in improving system reliability, ensuring accurate commissioning and enhancing maintenance standards across the national grid.
