NDB Bank excels at National Sales Awards 2025

National Development Bank PLC (NDB) once again proved its excellence in sales performance and service leadership, earning top honours in the Banking category at the National Sales Awards 2025, organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). 

The event celebrated the outstanding achievements of Sri Lanka’s most dynamic sales professionals, and NDB’s success marked yet another milestone in the Bank’s consistent journey of performance excellence.

Showcasing the strength and dedication of its talented sales force, NDB emerged victorious across the banking sector, securing Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit awards. Sanduni Maheshika was honoured with the Gold Award in the Sales Executive – Banking category, while Rajantha Chandula took home the Silver Award in the same category. Demonstrating exceptional service and customer engagement, SashiniHansika received the Silver Award in the Front Liner – Banking category.

In recognition of leadership and territory management, Niroshan Gamage and Greshan Perera earned Bronze Awards in the Territory Manager – Banking and Sales Supervisor – Banking categories respectively. Completing the Bank’s impressive lineup of winners, Lakni Rajapakshawas awarded Merit in the Front Liner – Banking and Kaveesha Weerasinghe took home the Merit award forSales Supervisor in the Banking category.
