MiHCM appoints Pubudini as CEO

MiHCM has announced the appointment of Pubudini Abeyesekera as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Sri Lanka and the Maldives with effect from 1 July 2025. 

In this new role, Abeyesekera will be leading MiHCM Sri Lanka and MiHCM Maldives in business operations and delivery.

Abeyesekera has been MiHCM’s General Manager of Business Operations for Sri Lanka and the Maldives since December 2022.

Her experience and exposure span a wide range of industries and markets, including IT, education, tech and start-ups, real estate, airlines, banking, and hospitality in the UAE, Thailand, and 

Sri Lanka.

MiHCM operates through a partner network in 13 countries and maintains offices in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Singapore.
