Key factors contributing to the significant price reduction include: Reduction in Administrative Costs: Efficient management and stringent cost control measures have enabled a 20 percent decrease in administrative expenses, Enhanced efficiency in the supply chain and operational processes has led to a substantial 28 percent reduction in overall wastage, Optimizing the transportation network and utilizing efficient transportation methods have resulted in a 7 percent decrease in transportation costs.
This commitment to passing on cost savings to consumers has been a primary driver of Lanka Sathosa’s success. The price reductions have spurred increased customer demand, directly contributing to the growth in sales volume. Furthermore, Sathosa’s efficient operations and strategic management have enabled a noteworthy increase in overall value.
