JXG wins CIPM Great HR Quiz Sector Award

 JXG team receives Sector Winner Award (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Investment) at CIPM Great HR Quiz 2026

JXG (Janashakthi Group) emerged as the Sector Winner (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Investment) at CIPM Great HR Quiz 2026, held recently. 

The award recognised JXG’s extensive HR knowledge and reaffirmed the group’s longstanding culture of participation, teamwork and commitment to professional excellence.

Organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka, the Great HR Quiz is a nationally recognised knowledge competition assessing the depth and breadth of HR expertise, spanning diverse areas including technical knowledge, conceptual insight and strategic judgement. 

Featuring over 70 crews of four members per team, the Great HR Quiz’s 2026 edition covered industrial relations, employee well-being, ESG, digital HR and the evolving nature of HR in a series of 50 questions over five comprehensive rounds. 

JXG’s clinching of the award not only reflects collective knowledge, teamwork and analytical strength of JXG’s HR professionals. It also emphasises the organisation’s continuous and progressive esteem for HR excellence, learning and professional engagement.
