Hayleys Fentons wins ‘Company with Great Managers Award 2024’

Hayleys Fentons Limited was once again recognised with the ‘Company with Great Managers Award’ at the 2024 CLA Great Manager Awards, as six of its emerging leaders were honoured for their results-driven, people-first leadership. 

The awards ceremony, held on April 10 was hosted by CLA Coaching & Consulting Inc., in collaboration with the Colombo Leadership Academy.

• Team Effectiveness & Collaboration -  (Gihan De Alwis – Assistant General Manager, MEP, Ruvinie Nanayakkara – Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Shakila Fernando – Manager, Administration) 
• Driving Results & Execution Excellence - Heshan Kathriarachchi – Deputy General Manager, Engineering Sales
• Aligning Organisational Vision - (Chathurka Dewapriya – Deputy General Manager, Utility Projects)
• Leadership, Integrity & Holistic Approach - (Rehan Rishafy – Manager, Business Development)
