HNB Assurance launches Liya Harasara 2025



HNB Assurance PLC (HNBA) launched the 13th edition of ‘Liya Harasara’, an annual initiative dedicated to honouring and empowering women while celebrating the International Women’s Day. 

This long-standing programme continues to provide exclusive insurance benefits and special rewards, reinforcing HNBA’s commitment to recognising the invaluable contributions of women in all aspects of life.

As a company, it is our privilege to launch the 13th edition of Liya Harasara, a programme that has now grown into a cherished tradition.”

The 2025 edition of Liya Harasara includes a free life cover of up to Rs.1 million for one year from HNBA for regular premium life insurance policies. Additionally, the policyholders will enjoy a daily benefit for childbirth and pregnancy-related hospitalisation, capped at three days per year and a free critical illness benefit up to a maximum of Rs.250,000. In addition to these benefits, HNB Assurance has partnered with leading brands such as Lanka Hospitals, Durdans Hospital, Laughs Gas, Swarnamahal, Vision Care, Eric Rajapakse, La Vivente, Chamathka, Burger King, Popeyes, Delifrance, Mount Lavinia Hotel and Singer Sri Lanka to offer exclusive discounts and special privileges to women who sign up for Liya Harasara.
