Geethika joins PMF Finance as Deputy GM – Fund Mobilization

PMF Finance PLC announced the appointment of Geethika Wickramasinghe as Deputy General Manager – Fund Mobilization with effect from 3rd March 2026. 

She brings with her over 35 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, further strengthening our leadership team and commitment to excellence.

Geethika has held senior leadership roles across leading financial institutions in Sri Lanka. She has headed both Branch Operations and Credit Operations at Seylan Bank PLC, served as Branch Manager at Union Bank of Colombo PLC, and contributed significantly to UB Finance Company PLC as AGM Deposits and AGM Credits. 

She later advanced to Orient Finance PLC as AGM – Fund Mobilization before joining Arpico Finance. Most recently, she served as Senior Deputy General Manager – Fund Mobilization at Associated Motor Finance Company PLC. Geethika holds two Master’s Degrees – one from the University of Colombo and another from American City University, USA. The Board of Directors expressed confidence that Geethika’s appointment will reinforce PMF Finance PLC’s commitment to innovation, responsible financial stewardship, and sustainable growth.
