Fairway Colombo, a company of Fairway Holdings, has been awarded the prestigious title of Most Technologically Advanced Hotel – Sri Lanka 2025 by World Business Outlook.

The award solidifies the hotel’s reputation as the benchmark for ‘smart’ stays, recognising its seamless integration of digital innovation with urban luxury in the heart of Colombo Fort.

This accolade serves as a poignant tribute to the late Chairman Hemaka De Alwis. From the hotel’s inception, De Alwis envisioned a property that would push the boundaries of traditional hospitality by introducing world-class high-tech standards to Sri Lanka.
