Fine Foods Australia 2025 took place in Sydney from September 08 to 11, 2025 |
Fine Food Australia 2026 will see its first Sri Lanka Pavilion from August 31 to September 03, 2026, at Australia’s Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
The pavilion is organised by the Export Development Board (EDB) along with the High Commission in Canberra and Consulate General in Melbourne.
Fine Food Australia is Australia’s biggest trade show for food service, hospitality and retail industries.
For more than 40 years, the exhibition has attracted focused visitors and buyers from across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
It brings together chefs, restaurateurs, buyers and suppliers to explore the latest food innovations and industry trends, connect with foodservice and hospitality professionals and learn from industry leaders.
Fine Food Australia 2025 brought together more than 21,000 visitors and around 926 exhibitors from the food service and hospitality sectors.
The exhibition will allow the local exporters and potential exporters to showcase products such as tea, canned, preserved, dehydrated and processed fruits and vegetables, value-added spices, coconut-based products, sweets, snacks, confectionary items, grains, cereals, organic foods, hospitality equipment and more.
The full list of products from the food service and hospitality sectors is available on the EDB website.
The cost of participating in the exhibition will be borne by the companies participating.
The EDB will however consider providing financial assistance to cover part of the space and construction costs for a limited number of small and medium enterprises.
Those interested can find the application form on the EDB’s website, under the ‘Announcements’ section.
Completed applications must be sent through registered post to the Director of the EDB’s Marketing Development Division, on or before February 23, 2026.
The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a panel appointed by the EDB. (SD)
