Cinnamon Grand Colombo celebrates Greek Cuisine with Chef Theo Michaels

Cinnamon Grand Colombo invites guests to embark on an Mediterranean culinary journey with ‘Celebrating Greek Cuisine,’ an exclusive dining experience featuring renowned chef Theo Michaels.

Taking place from 11th to 14th June at The London Grill, this specially curated fivecourse dining experience will showcase authentic Greek flavours and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine crafted by Chef Theo Michaels, whose vibrant culinary style has earned global recognition.

The specially curated five course menu showcases the essence of contemporary Greek cuisine, beginning with Seared Goat’s Cheese served on a bed of roasted beetroot and fava beans, complemented by a honey truffle dressing. Guests will then savour Kadayif Wrapped Barramundi paired with rich prawn bisque, followed by a refreshing Ouzo and Mint Granita.   The main course features the iconic Kleftiko Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder served with traditional skordalia, highlighting the rustic flavours of Greece. The experience concludes on a sweet note with a decadent Salted Chocolate Ganache infused with Greek extra virgin olive oil and finished with an Oreo cookie crumb, creating a memorable finale to an exceptional culinary journey.

Theo Michaels is widely recognised for his appearances on BBC Morning Live and Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, where he served as resident chef for two years.
