Central Bank Governor Dr. P. Nandalal Weerasinghe received the Lifetime chievement Award for the Most Outstanding Contribution to the Banking Industry by the Association of Professional Bankers – Sri Lanka, at its 34th Anniversary Convention held on February 13, 2024. Speaking to the audience, Dr. Weerasinghe attributed the award to the fellow Central Bank team.
