CNCI, Ind-Expo organise seminar on ISO 9001: 2015

The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI), the pioneering industry chamber in the country, together with Ind-Expo has planned to conduct a full-day seminar on the 2015 version of ISO 9001.  
Ind-Expo Director General Shantha Kuruppumullage said that the 2008 edition of ISO 9001 has now been replaced with the 2015 version. Since it has been revised to meet the needs of today’s business world, this seminar is very important for any interested and relevant segments  to update their Quality Management Systems to fit into the new version and the demands of the competitive business environment today.

Every organisation is different, so the steps needed to adjust a company’s management systems should likely to be unique to suit its own situation.  Ind-Expo - the Certification Arm of the CNCI has identified this critical need and accordingly has created avenues to let their clients in particular and others in general update on the new version. 

The training programme has been organised by Ind-Expo Certification Ltd jointly with the CNCI and is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2016 at Raja Bojun Seminar Hall, Liberty Arcade, No: 282, R A De Mel Mawatha, Colombo 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The certificates will be awarded to the participants on the basis of successful participation. 

The seminar will be conducted by Ind-Expo Certification Limited Director and former Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel Director General Shantha Kuruppumullage.
