CIPM Sri Lanka has inaugurated its fourth Regional Study Centre in Gampaha, strengthening access to HR programmes and professional development for individuals and students residing in nearby communities.
The opening was graced by the presence of CIPM President Jayantha Amarasinghe. The Secretary, Divisional Secretariat Gampaha was also present as a Special Guest at the ceremony.
CIPM represented Colonel Saman Jayawickrema, Chairman, Infrastructure Development; Chris Obeyesekere, CEO; G. Weerathunga, Director, Professional & Academic Affairs; Himali Dasanayake, Director of Operations, senior officers and staff of the Institute.
Noteworthily, CIPM Gampaha will be the country’s fourth regional centre, joining other principal locations such as Kandy, Galle and Kurunegala, offering HR skills enhancement programmes and facilities.
The Gampaha Centre will provide an ideal opportunity for students, HR practitioners, Line managers and other individuals in multiple disciplines of management to embark on professional HR studies, enabling them to become HR professionals.
