CEEDECS wins NIBE Best National Industry Brand Award

CEEDECS Lanka Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd, a well-known name in Sri Lanka’s construction sector, has been awarded the Best National Industry Brand Award in the Mining and Allied Industry Sector (Medium Scale), at the National Industry Brand Excellence (NIBE) Awards. 

Organised by the Industrial Development Board, the award ceremony was held recently in Colombo. 

The award was presented in recognition of the company’s new brand Harithaweli ready mix. 

Founded in 1999 and officially incorporated in 2016, CEEDECS Lanka Holdings has over two decades of experience in construction, consultancy, architectural and interior design. Based in Mahara, Kadawatha, the company handles both residential and commercial projects across the island.

A major focus of its recent efforts has been on environmentally-conscious innovation. Under this mission, it introduced Harithaweli – a brand that produces eco-friendly plastering and construction mixes that completely avoid river and sea sand. The products come in a variety of colours and are designed to be easy to use, long-lasting and affordable. 

Its natural finish has made it popular among both individual builders and large-scale contractors. The company’s product range includes items such as ready-mix plaster (gray and white), water proof plaster, brick bond block, clay putty, terrazzo floormix, tile adhesive, tile mortar, titanium floor and walls, wall putty and waterproofing solutions. All these products are made using high-quality raw materials and undergo thorough quality testing. 

CEEDECS has also received multiple quality certifications that underline the reliability of its production process. With 21 showrooms operating across the country, including in Kadawatha, Trincomalee, Negombo, Hatton and Mannar, Harithaweli products are now widely available.
