Belmont Institute of Higher Education celebrates graduation ceremony

The Belmont Institute of Higher Education recently celebrated its Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025, at Water’s Edge in Colombomarking a significant milestone in the academic and professional journeys of its graduating students. The ceremony honoured learners who successfully completed their academic and professional programmes, recognizing their perseverance, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

The event underscored Belmont Institute’s ongoing mission to deliver quality, career-oriented education aligned with global standards, while equipping students with the practical competencies and ethical grounding required in today’s competitive professional environment.

Held in Colombo, the graduation ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, senior management, academic faculty, parents, and graduates, creating an atmosphere of pride, celebration, and reflection. 

Graduates of the Class of 2025 were formally conferred certificates and diplomas across a broad range of disciplines, reflecting the institute’s diverse academic portfolio and its strong emphasis on employability and industry relevance. Programmes represented at the ceremony included areas such as Business and Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Professional Development, Education, and other career-focused qualifications, all designed to meet evolving market demands.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman Faiz Sherifdeen congratulated the graduates on their achievements and encouraged them to embrace the responsibilities that come with professional success. He emphasized that graduation is not merely the completion of a programme, but the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning, adaptability, and ethical leadership.
