Allianz Lanka marks Int’l Women’s Day

In commemoration of the International Women’s Day 2026, the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group of Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited organised an insightful panel discussion themed ‘Give to Gain’.

The session featured Allianz Lanka Chief Executive Officer and Country Manager Prashant Grover and 99X Chief Operating Officer Shehani Seneviratne as the distinguished speakers.

The interactive discussion explored key topics such as the role organisations play in enabling women to improve performance, critical decisions and challenges faced during mid-career stages and importance of building strong support systems to achieve both personal and professional success. 

The session provided valuable perspectives for both male and female participants, fostering a deeper understanding of shared responsibility in creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
