Allianz Insurance Lanka shines at Great Managers Awards

Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd was recognised once again as a Company with Great Managers at Great Managers Awards 2024, held recently at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. 

Organised by the Colombo Leadership Academy, this annual event celebrates the outstanding leadership and people management across Sri Lanka.

Winning this title for the seventh year in a row reflects Allianz Lanka’s continued commitment to developing strong leaders, supporting professional growth and uplifting individuals to become future-ready.

The event proudly recognised nine outstanding leaders for their contributions in various categories. The honourees included Anuradha Siriwardane (Driving Results and Execution Excellence), Malik De Zylva (Team Effectiveness and Collaboration), Devdinee Devapura (Leadership Integrality and Holistic Approach), Hiruni Amaraweera (Millennial Manager), Mohommed Shamli Hanif (Leadership Integrality and Holistic Approach), Kusum Thenuwara (Aligning Organisational Vision), Ravindu Periyapperuma (Team Effectiveness and Collaboration), Samadhi Rathnayake (Millennial Manager) and Sandun De Silva (Team Effectiveness and Collaboration).
